Q: What are the conditions attached to my personal webspace? A: 5MB of webspace is provided to you for personal use only. This is not intended for home businesses or commercial use. You may not disclose your FTP account information to any other party. Customers are solely responsible for making backup copies. You may not store, transfer or trade in illegal material. This includes but is not limited to pornography, pirated or unlicensed software, offers of sale of materials or substances, incitement to commit criminal acts and or Racially insensitive materials of any sort. Q: What is your policy regarding Spam? A: Icdus.Com has a zero-tolerance policy regarding spam. We monitor all incoming and outgoing mail and log such traffic, we analyze daily e-mail reports for the benefit of our customers. If you spam, your Icdus.Com e-mail privileges will be terminated. The offending spammer will solely be responsible for damages including but not limited to Icdus.Com. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy.

Q: What conditions pertain to using your e-mail system?A: The following conditions are applied to all customers. - Mailbox size - 10MB total storage is provided. It is up to the customer to maintain their mailbox clean. Request for larger storage capacity may be made to the Customer Service Department and is handled on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
- E-mail address - All customers have a default address of username@icdus.com.
- Web-Based E-mail - You may login to your web-based e-mail account by clicking the above link or visiting http://mail.icdus.com:8383. Please use your username and password. Ex: my username / my password.
- Message size limit - 10MB is the total space of your mailbox and the limit of the size e-mail you may send or receive.
- Account Clean Up - Each customer is responsible for maintaining their mailbox size within their limits. We recommend that our customers use Outlook Express and store their mail on their own computer. Mail in your inbox older then 20 days is automatically removed by our mail servers, mail in your Spam folder older then 14 days is automatically removed by our mail servers.
- Lost or Deleted e-mail - Once you delete the mail it is gone forever. We do not restore e-mail under any circumstances unless it needs to be done for the entire @icdus.com domain. No Exceptions.
- Backup Policy - We backup our e-mail servers once daily. However we assume no responsibility for missing, lost or deleted e-mail or address books. Furthermore we encourage our customers to store e-mail on their own computer by using an E-mail client such as Outlook Express.
